Rayna - Born 1978 in Duncan on Vancouver Island;

Trevor - Born 1976 Moosejaw Saskatchewan;

Trevor Moved to Aldergrove BC in Grade 3;

Rayna Moved to Aldergrove BC in Grade 4;

Unknowingly Rayna and Trevor were neighbours in Aldergrove (across from the old Arena) when he was in grade 8 and she was in grade 7.

Rayna and Trevor spent their shared years of High School sweating it out, playing basketball in the gym, and getting yelled at by Mr. BROWN. Thanks to Brown's dedication to developing his team and players, Rayna was allowed to practice along side Trevor and his team. Trevor's Basketball Team won Provincial's in both Grade 11 and 12.

Some of guys from the Team that maybe in attendance are - Neil Brown (coach), Jimmy McKinstry, Randy Nohr, John Hunter, James (Max) Maksymiw, Chris Veal, and Tracy Hall).

It was in these years Rayna also got to know Tracy Hall,

Tracy is Trevor's twin and Best Man. Tracy's wife is Michelle Hall, She has also been a friend of Rayna's since the beginning. Michellle is one of Rayna's Bridesmaids . Tracy and Michelle have been together since Grade Nine.

Rayna went on to play basketball in the Okanagan where she met her teammates and her her sisters from another mister... Taryn Kuiack, the Maid of Honour, Christel Mueller and Lisa Nevoral, who are both Brides Maids. These ladies are not only amazing and accomplished but love to have fun no matter what challenge they are conquering. I've learned from them that It's not always what you are doing but who you get to share your time with!

Fast Forward to March 2017, High School Basketball Provincials, at the Langley Event Centre. Rayna had just watched Chris Veal's Brookswood Girl's win another game and attempted to hold the gym door open for people when another lady said "it's okay I got it" ... low and behold it was Machelle Hall!! Michelle and her clan were at the gym watching the game too.

Two weeks later, March 19th, Rayna was at the Hall house, to visit. Rayna was Happily surprised by a birthday cake Trevor bought and presented to her, This was such an unexpected and touching gesture, of course, it made Rayna cry.

... And the rest was History!
